CM No. 1969-CWP of 2019 This is an application for placing on record replication on behalf of the petitioner. Application is allowed as prayed for. Replication is taken on record.

CWP No. 22526 of 2017 Petitioner's father who was serving as Math Master in the respondents-department superannuated on 30.04.2015. He was thereafter granted extension till 30.04.2017. However, he died on 12.01.2017. Petitioner applied for appointment on compassionate grounds on 10.05.2017. Her plea is that on the said date, instructions, Annexure P-4 were operating. Same were withdrawn on a later date. Petitioner has placed reliance on Full Bench judgment of this court in CWP No. 4303 of 2009 titled as Krishna Kumari vs. Sate of Haryana & ors. decided on April 20, 2012 to contend that claim of the petitioner had to be considered on the date AJAY KUMAR 2019.02.13 16:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document of death of her father as objective of appointment on compassionate grounds

CWP No. 22526 of 2017 is to enable the family to tide over the immediate financial crisis and prevent it from living in penury.

Faced with this situation, learned State counsel submits that matter shall be considered in light of above, by the competent authority within six weeks from today.
