He further submits that the petitioner has filed representation dated 03.03.2025 (Annexure A-2) with Director General of Police, Haryana, the same may be considered.

Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A.G., Haryana submits that State has no objection if instant petition is disposed of in terms of Annexure A-1. The competent authority would consider representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law.
