Petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.73 dated 11.04.2021, under Sections 307, 341, 427, 148 of IPC, registered at Police Station City-1 Abohar, District Fazilka along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 12.05.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, has submitted that the present petition has been filed on the basis of partial compromise. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court again as and when the compromise is arrived at between all the parties. 4.

Allowed to do so.
