ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J.(Oral) CM No.6759-LPA of 2025 Prayer in this application is for condonation of delay of 50 days in re-filing the appeal.

Heard.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 50 days in re-filing the appeal is condoned. LPA No.2697 of 2025 The appellant has impugned the judgment of the Single Bench dated 16.05.2025 whereby the writ petition seeking regularization of his services, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant YAG DUTT 2025.10.31 11:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

LPA No.2697 of 2025 (O&M) -2had been working with respondent No.1 for over 15 years and, therefore, he was entitled for regularization of his services. 3.

It is manifest that the appellant had been appointed on contract basis through a Service Provider and, therefore, there is no relationship of master and servant between the appellant and the official respondents. We are, therefore, in agreement with the judgment of the Single Bench that as the appellant was not an employee of the respondents, he would not be entitled to the benefit of regularization.

Consequently, the Letters Patent Appeal being devoid of any merits stands dismissed.
