RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.47, dated 03.03.2016, under Sections 420, 494, 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Ramamandi, District Jalandhar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was declared P.O. on 12.06.2017. He prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court. It is further prayed that the trial Court may be directed to decide the application of the petitioner expeditiously. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
