**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Seeking bail in case FIR No. 57 dated 16.04.2019 registered under SecƟons 307/506/148/149 IPC and 25/27 of Arms Act (SecƟon 302 IPC added later on) at Police StaƟon Chheharta, District Amritsar, the peƟƟoner has come up before this Court under SecƟon 439 Cr.P.C.

State counsel submits that the trial has already been expedited by this Court vide order dated 31.01.2023 in CRM-M-8451-2022 and Ɵme to conclude the trial was extended vide order dated 15.05.2023 passed in CRM-22016-2023. 3.

At this counsel for the peƟƟoner prayed for disposal of the present peƟƟon in terms of order dated 26.07.2023 passed in CRM-M-23810-2023. 4.
