RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Due to prevailing situation of COVID-19, matter has been heard through Video Conferencing.

This order shall dispose of the above-mentioned writ petitions as common question of law is involved.

Learned State counsel has placed on record chart where compensation has been disbursed or possession has been taken. In all those cases, where possession has been taken and rapat number is given in the chart, no further adjudication is required. Learned State counsel further submits that in view of ratio of judgment in 'Indore Development Authority versus Manohar Lal & Ors., SLP (C ) Nos.9036-9038 of 2016 decided on 06.03.2020' as culled out in Para 99 and 363 thereof, nothing survives in these petitions. Same are hereby dismissed.

Learned State counsel further submits that in some cases compensation has already been deposited with the concerned authority. If any, petitioner has not withdrawn the amount deposited, he is at liberty to do so. Such matters are also disposed of.

Needless to say that interim order, if any, shall automatically stand vacated on disposal of these petitions.
