******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case No. 285 dated 19.07.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 148, 149 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Gate Majitha, Amritsar. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on file the copy of order dated 17.08.2019, vide which petitioner-Chanan Singh has surrendered before the Court and was released on bail. None has appeared on behalf of respondent No. 2 despite service.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court, this petition is allowed and the order dated 05.08.2019 is JYOTI 2019.10.24 11:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
