The State counsel on instructions from ASI Ravinder Singh has informed that out of 18 PWs cited by the prosecution, the prosecution has examined inasmuch as 15 PWs and the next date fixed in the trial Court is 26.7.2022. Thus it comes out that the trial is at the advanced stage and is likely to be concluded in near future, therefore, no ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner pending trial is made out.

The petition is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial expeditiously by giving short adjournments preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (H.S.
