Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely Parminder Singh alias Sona and Iqbal Singh alias Babbu in case FIR No. 112 dated 13.08.2016, registered under Section(s) 306 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Doraha, District Khanna. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that petitioners were earlier arrayed as accused, but after investigation, they were found to be innocent and challan was presented against their co-accused only. Thereafter, both the petitioners were ordered to be summoned as additional accused to face trial on an application moved by the prosecution. Learned counsel further contended that no recovery is to be effected from the petitioners and they are ready to join the proceedings of the matter. Notice of motion.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, present petition stands disposed of with the directions that in case both the petitioners surrender before the learned trial Court on the next date fixed and move an application for admitting them to bail, the learned trial Judge shall admit them to bail on their furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to his satisfaction.
