This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the auction dated 09.11.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that inadvertently, certain relevant factual matrix has not been incorporated and relevant documents have also not been appended with this writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars.
