Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to release all the benefits of the petitioner i.e. employees provident fund from the year 1995 to 2000 and pension under the Employees Pension Papers Scheme, 1995, which has not been given to him despite making repeated requests. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had got issued legal notice dated 13.03.2018 (Annexure P3) on this aspect, but no action has been taken thereon. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to take required action on the legal notice dated 13.03.2018 (Annexure P3) expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
