As regards the prayer of the petitioner, to protect the life and liberty at the hands of the private respondents is concerned, it is the duty of the State to protect all the citizens and in the present case also, the State Authorities shall consider the same, in case, the petitioner approaches the Authorities.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
