(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing notice issued vide memo No.4283 dated 10.12.2009 (Annexure P-1) and notice dated 17.01.2014 (Annexure P-8) whereby demand of ` 71,159/- and ` 35,579/-, respectively, has been raised by respondents on account of alleged theft of electricity by the petitioner.
Present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as provided under Sections 135 to 140 of the Indian Electricity Act.
