* * * * As agreed, as per statements of learned counsel for the appellants as well as counsel for the Insurance Company, separately recorded, a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lac Only) over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal, is awarded to the appellants in equal ratio as apportioned by the learned tribunal, in full and final settlement of the claim arising out of this accident between the claimants and the respondents.

Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit account payee cheque in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lac Only) in the name of the claimants with the Office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within a period of two months from today failing which the amount will carry 9% interest per annum from the date of this order till the cheque is deposited with the office of the Lok Adalat. The appellants may collect the cheque from the office of the Lok Adalat on proper identification under Rules.
