***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Trial Court seeking permission to get his passport renewed and also to seek permission to go abroad.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
