The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 04.06.2014 (Annexure P-2), passed by respondent No.3, vide which the petitioner's husband, late Sh. Achhar Singh, was wrongly dismissed from service and for quashing the order dated 12.06.2025 (Annexure P-9), passed by respondent No.3, whereby the claim of the petitioner for releasing the gratuity, remaining salary, pension, retiral and other service benefits of petitioner's late husband, has been rejected. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to release gratuity, remaining salary, pension, retiral and other service benefits of the late husband of the petitioner. 2.

After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 3.
