The present petitions have been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR Nos.449 dated 01.09.2022; 302 dated 07.06.2022; 522 dated 11.10.2022; 621 dated 25.12.2022; and 301 dated 07.06.2022, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and prays that his bail application be ordered to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.

In view of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, present petitions are disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court that in case the petitioner surrenders on or before 04.09.2023 and files an application for grant of bail, the trial Court is requested to decide the same, expeditiously, in accordance with law. 4.
