Petitioners- five in number in the instant writ petition were seeking grant of additional marks for their PSTET-II Examination held in 2011 based on the decision of the Expert Committee dated 12.10.2015(P-4) and decision dated 18.5.2016(P-5) of this Court. Notice of motion was issued.

At the time of hearing today, counter affidavit of Sukhdev Singh,Director, SCERT,Punjab has been filed. Copy supplied. It is stated therein that result of petitioners has already been revised in view of report dated 12.10.2015(P-4) of the Expert Committee and all the petitioners have been declared to have qualified PSTET-2011. It is further stated that all the petitioners have also been informed accordingly. In view of the contents of the reply learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the present writ petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
