[2] On our asking, Mr.Sandeep Moudgil, Addl.AG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. Let requisite sets of paperbook be handed over to him during the course of day. [3] The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 29.05.2018 passed by the District Town Planner, Sirsa whereby her premises has been sealed. The impugned order is appealable and the petitioner has rightly filed Appeal No.41 of 2018 against the above-stated order. The petitioner has applied for grant of interim stay as well. However, she filed the instant writ petition as the Appellate Tribunal was not functional. [4] Learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, has placed on record the Government Notification dated 13.08.2018 whereby a former Judge of this Court, namely, Justice Darshan Singh (Retd.) has been appointed as Chairman of the Tribunal. CWP-20866-2018 -2the premises has been earmarked for the Tribunal and he assures that requisite infrastructure shall be made available so that the Tribunal becomes functional immediately.

[5] In this view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition with a request to the learned Chairman of the Tribunal to decide the interim stay matter of the petitioner within one week.
