**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner before this Court that he was working on the Post of Clerk (Contractual Basis) in the respondent-College since 2015. However, now he has been replaced by regular employee namely Manish. Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent to allow the respondents to continue on the post of clerk on contractual basis on the ground that the above said regular employee Manish has resigned from his services on 04.07.2018 (P-11). Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself. At this stage, the present petition is disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner to continue him on the above said post, as Manish has resigned from his services on 04.07.2018 (P-11). This exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
