(Oral) [1] By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of summons dated 23.07.2019 [Annexure P-7] whereby partner of the petitioner has been summoned by respondent No.2. [2] We repeatedly asked learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether summons are issued in accordance with law? [3] He states that there is power to issue summons but the partner of the petitioner be exempted from personal appearance. [4] No good reason is made out to interfere in the writ petition and the same is dismissed.
