The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 15.04.2024 (Annexure P-4), passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Hisar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition and certain more documents by way of site plan and revenue record are required to be placed on record, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afroesaid.
