The pension which was stopped due to wrong information furnished by the Panchayat Secretary has now been granted to her. Arrears have also been cleared. In view of above, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any cause of action survives.
