The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of complaint dated 03.02.2020 registered as NACT/1860/2020 titled as 'Raj Kumar vs. Y5 Cafe and lounge and another' under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act as well as summoning order dated 04.02.2020 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandigarh. 2.

None had appeared in this case on the last date of hearing. Same is the position even today. The status of the complaint has been got checked up from the E-Court portal, wherefrom it transpired that the petitioner has been acquitted of the charge framed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act vide judgment dated 12.05.2023.

In view of the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
