*** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on being selected, the petitioner was asked to file option for station of choice, which was given by the petitioner but despite the said option given, the petitioner has been posted in Ambala District though the posts at preferred station given by the petitioner are still lying vacant. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has already filed representation dated 17.07.2023 (P.3) raising the said grievance, which is still pending consideration with the respondent-Department and the petitioner would be satisfied, at this stage in case, time bound direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate speaking order on the said representation. Notice of motion.

Mr. Pankaj Middha, Addl.AG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State of Haryana. He submits that in case, the representation (P.3) has not been decided so far, the same will be decided within a period of two weeks from the receipt of copy of this order by passing appropriate speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed any further.
