(Oral) The instant application has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 with a prayer that the instant petition be disposed of as the issues involved herein already stands answered by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 01.08.2023 rendered in CWP-12338-2019, Indian Oil Corporation Limited Vs. Haryana Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council, Chandigarh, Haryana and another.

CWP-20353-2021 (O&M) - 2 - 2023:PHHC:134518 Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforestated position regarding decision by a co-ordinate Bench and that the issues involved therein were identical.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is disposed of in terms of Indian Oil Corporation's case (Supra). Needless to mention, in case the petitioner has any other grievance, it shall be open to him to avail of any remedy, as may be available in accordance with law for redressal of his grievances.
