******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure (for short-Cr.P.C.) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.409 dated 11.11.2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379-A of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Butana, Karnal.

Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court on 30.10.2019 and have been allowed interim bail. Petitioners absented before the trial Court on 22.02.2019 and were directed to pay costs of `5000/- with Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and to put in appearance before the trial Court to seek interim bail.

CRM-M-35476-2019 -2Keeping in view the fact that petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court and have been released on interim bail but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 30.09.2019 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioners shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;

(ii) that the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
