After relying upon the report of the Collector, the trial Court has permitted the plaintiff (respondent No.1 herein) to sue as an indigent person (forma pauperis). As per the report of the Collector, the plaintiff does not have any property in her name, except a mud house. 2.

This revision petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the trial Court permitting the plaintiff to file a suit as an indigent person. The learned counsel representing the petitioners contends that the plaintiff is employed in H.Memorial Public School at village Mathana, District Kurukshetra. Such assertion is only a bald assertion. Per contra, the learned counsel representing the plaintiff contends that she is an illiterate lady.
