The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned order dated 03.12.2021 (Annexure P-1) whereby the application under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed by the petitioners herein was dismissed. 2.

During the interregnum, as per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Sonepat, the main suit itself stands dismissed with costs. In view thereof, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
