Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 15.09.2017 (P-4), whereby the petitioner was transferred from District Faridkot to District Fazilka. Copy of the order dated 15.12.2017 produced by the State Counsel, has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid order, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present petition any further. Disposed off.
