Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider representation dated 15.04.2018 (Annexure P6) for payment of gratuity along with interest in the light of the orders dated 10.04.2015 (Annexure P1) and dated 29.08.2017 (Annexure P4). As the relief claimed in the writ petition is to the limited extent that representation dated 15.04.2018 (Annexure P6) be considered by the respondents, present writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the above said representation and take required action thereon, if any, as per law.
