(Oral) In this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner sought a writ of Mandamus, directing respondent No.2 to pass an order on the application dated 13th September, 2017, filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act'). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the issuance of notice of motion by this Court, the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate, Panchkula - respondent No.2 has passed the order in the application filed under Section 14 of the Act. Accordingly, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
