Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to remove the entire material of respondent No.4 i.e. old bricks, brick stones, crushing machine used for brick stone, tractor trolleys etc. as the same are being used for commercial purpose and causing nuisance to the petitioner and other residents of the area. For that purpose petitioner has already made a complaint (Annexure P5) to the official respondents and that was looked into but at that time, he was not associated. Now the petitioner has made representation dated 17.02.2018 (Annexure P6) giving all the details that respondent No.4-Baljeet Singh Bhangu is carrying on commercial activity in the residential area causing nuisance to the general public including the petitioner without getting any license required for this purpose, but no action has been taken thereon. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.08.23 14:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Writ Petition No. 20945 of 2018 the direction to respondent No.1-Deputy Commissioner, Sangrur to look into the matter and take required action on representation dated 17.02.2018 (Annexure P6), made by the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
