The Family Court has directed the petitioner to pay maintenance pendente lite @ ₹ 3,000/- per month to his wife and ₹ 6,000/- per month to his minor son. The correctness of the aforesaid order has been assailed in this revision petition.

Heard the learned counsel representing the parties, at length and with their able assistance, perused the paper-book. 3.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that the respondent has concealed her income while filing the petition. It is claimed that the respondent is getting a salary of ₹ 12,000/- per month while working in a private school. The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the respondent is now getting a salary of Rs.28,000/- per month. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed. If the petitioner has deposited certain amount pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 03.12.2020, let the same be remitted to the trial court for disbursement.
