The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 23.05.2024 passed in CWP-22392-2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State has handed over a copy of the order dated 26.09.2025 passed in LPA-2907-2025 whereby the operation of the order dated 23.05.2024 has been stayed. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an incorrect statement was made before the LPA Bench.

It is not for this Court to go into the correctness or otherwise of any statement having been made before the LPA Bench. At this stage, in view of the stay order dated 26.09.2025 passed in LPA-2907-2025, no ground is made to entertain the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed at this stage. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
