Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the representations dated 09.01.2018 (Annexure P2) and dated 23.05.2018 (Annexure P3), whereas there are allegations of embezzlement on the basis of some audit report. Learned counsel representing the petitioners contended that despite complaints having been made to the authorities regarding all the irregularities, no action is being taken and the representations, detailed above, remained undecided.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Karnal to look into representations dated 09.01.2018 (Annexure P2) and dated 23.05.2018 (Annexure P3) and take required action thereon, if any, expeditiously and DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.09.05 15:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
