Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the present petition has rendered infructuous as the order dated 26.05.2026 has been passed by the Chief Engineer 'Op', DHBVN, Hisar, in compliance of the order dated 08.12.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed in CWP-35720-2025. Copy of the said order has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to assail the correctness of order dated 26.05.2026 aforesaid, if so advised.
