The petitioner's grievance is that the respondents have not communicated decision in writing on her demand notice/representation dated 15.06.2015 (Annexure P-17) for possession of the plot. She states that as a result thereof, the matter has not proceeded further.

The petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 15.06.2015 and to communicate the decision in writing to the petitioner by 31.03.2016. The petitioner shall also be entitled to file a fresh/comprehensive representation. The respondents shall take a decision thereon within four months of the receipt thereof. (S.J.
