**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the parties state that the matrimonial dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and both the parties are living together as husband and wife along with their children. An affidavit dated 16th January, 2015, of the appellant-wife has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 2.
In view of the amicable settlement between the parties, learned counsel for the appellant prays that the appeal be dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty be granted to the appellant to move an application for revival of the appeal, in case need so arises. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

This order shall also dispose of all the miscellaneous applications.
