(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant 3rd Assured Career Progression (ACP) to the petitioner due on 01.05.2022, along with arrears and penal interest from the due date till actual payment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent no.3 is directed to decide his pending legal notice, dated 03.03.2026, Annexure P-1, in a specified period. 3.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State, and submits that the pending legal notice, dated 03.03.2026, will be decided by respondent no.3/Director, Elementary Education, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months.
