(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the claim of leave encashment is pending under consideration in LPA No.1319 of 2015. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner Nos.1 and 2 submit that the payment has been made without giving the benefit of leave encashment and interest.
Learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6 have placed on record the details of payment made to the petitioners. In view of above facts, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned authority by way of representation with regard to the claim of leave encashment and interest, if any.
