Instant petition has been filed inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents not to hold parallel enquiries on the applications given by the private respondents in case FIR No.0030, dated 05.04.2022, Annexure P-1, registered for offences under Sections 420, 406, 201, 120-B, IPC, at Police Station S.G.N.Dev Thermal Plant, District Bathinda.

Upon notice, replies have been filed on behalf of the official respondents as well as private respondents. In their response, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City-2, Bathinda, states that on conclusion of investigation a final report under Section 173, Cr.P.C., has been presented before the Trial Court.
