Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of complaint bearing CIS No.COMI-63-2021 dated 14.01.2021 as well as summoning order dated 10.02.2026, whereby the petitioners have wrongly been summoned by learned trial Court under Sections 323 and 506 of IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all the pleas before the trial Court at the relevant stage. He further submits that the petitioners are unable to attend the proceedings on each and every date of hearing before the trial Court and as such they may be exempted from their personal appearance before the trial Court. 3.

Allowed to do so.

Present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
