Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to prepare the seniority list of Hindi Teachers/TGT Hindi working in Mewat cadre, and to consider the petitioners for promotion to the post of PGT Hindi and Elementary School Head Master in accordance with the provisions of Mewat District School Education (Group-C) Service Rules, 2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide their pending representation/demand notice, dated 31.01.2024, Annexure P-7, in a specific period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation/demand notice, dated 31.01.2024, will be AVIN KUMAR 2024.07.22 18:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
