**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondents states that he would not like to file a written statement in this case. It is further submitted that after the orders passed in CWP No. 11300 of 2015 on 28.05.2015 the matter was considered by the respondent authorities which was also communicated to the petitioner. However, the said order has not been challenged and, therefore, the instant petition deserves to be dismissed at the very outset.
Faced with this learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to challenge the said communication addressed to the petitioner.
