**** SHALINI SINGH NAGPAL J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 30.03.2026 of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar vide which order dated 24.03.2026 of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bilaspur was stayed during pendency of revision petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide impugned order dated 30.03.2026, operation of order dated 24.03.2026 of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sub Division Bilaspur in complaint case titled Tejbir Singh Vs. State of Haryana was stayed till further orders. He further submits that petitioner had already put in appearance before the Revisional Court and he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Court concerned to hear him on his prayer for vacation of order of stay and to decide the revision petition in a time bound manner. The revision petition before learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar wherein stay order has been passed, is stated to be fixed on 10.07.2026. Petitioner has put in appearance before the revisional Court. He is aggrieved with the order of stay.
