(Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions for quashing of order dated 06.08.2015 (Annexure P-7) vide which respondent No.4-Bank has directed the respondent No.5-Society to effect recovery of excess salary paid to the petitioner.

As per written statement filed by respondent No.5 the order dated 06.08.2015 (Annexure P-7) has already been substituted/modified by another order dated 27.01.2016 (Annexure P-5/1) and the implementation of the above-said order has been kept in abeyance till the decision of the representation dated 06.07.2015 (Annexure P-4) submitted by his Employees Union in terms of direction/order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP No.22097 of 2014 dated 03.08.2015 . Keeping in view the above-said taken by respondent No.5 in the written statement, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is hereby disposed of as such.
