The petitioner is a self financing Institute which has been authorised to run two years' course in Multi Purpose Health Workers (Male). As there were issues regarding deficiency in infrastructure, the Department of Medical Education directed the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, to constitute an Inspection Team and get it verified whether the petitionerInstitute fulfills the condition of requisite infrastructure or not. The Inspection Committee carried out the inspection and submitted a report dated 01.09.2017. The petitioner apprehended that despite fulfilling all the conditions including requisite infrastructure, its name is not being included amongst the institutes eligible for the purpose of above mentioned Meenu 2017.10.24 11:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

[2] Pursuant to the order dated 09.10.2017, learned State counsel on instructions from the Deputy Director, Medical Education & Research, Haryana, who is present in Court, states that as per the report dated 01.09.2017 submitted by the Inspection Committee, the petitioner-Institute fulfills the criteria and is eligible for granting admissions in the above-stated Course. He further submits that Inspection report dated 01.09.2017 was not signed by all the members and hence it has been sent back to the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, for getting it signed from the left out members. [3] In view of the admitted position that petitioner-Institute fulfills the eligibility condition of requisite infrastructure, let its name be included amongst the eligible institutes for the purpose of admissions to the Course of Multi Purpose Health Workers (Male) for the Session 2017-18. The name of the petitioner-Institute be, thus, notified on the website. [4] Disposed of.
