It is contended that petitioner had been awarded certain construction works in villages Bagga Khurd, Abadi Kotla and Kukran Wala in Block Harsha Chhina, Amritsar District. He completed the entire work and submitted his bills. It is further contended that there is no dispute regarding the amount in question as the bills submitted have been accepted and verified. However, payment is not being released. At this stage, learned counsel submits that respondents be directed to decide his representation dated 23.07.2015, Annexure P2 in a time bound manner.
